OFF ROAD TONG PAPOOM

Looking at going to either Tong Papoom or to Pha Sawan at the end of this month for a little off road and camping.

Do you think it will be to dry and not worth it or will it still be ok for a weekend?

Anyone want to join???

Hello Khun Dan,

I think it will be dried and the mud is extremely STICKY at the moment. You'd better consider another trail like Rai Kam Nun Din in Suphanburi (the place where they've recently held the magnificent ten competition).

BTW, we have to postpone the trip that I've proposed to you via phone call because of work load at my shop and I'll be going to Phuket end of this month.

I know a few trails in Kanchanaburi that you might love to wheel;

1. Koh Sa Deong is a wild trail but good for camping. If you like water crossing the it's a place!

2. Clity Laang. I think you've been there already.

3. Jok Krading is located in Pilok, Thongphapoom. The weather is cool trough all the year and it's very close to PITENG. If you like to get there, first visit the village called I-Tong for assistance of local kids. They will guide you to many many off-road trails within that area or you would join with us at a later date.
